It’s hearty but healthy with backyard chicken eggs (go ahead and eat the yolks, they’re heart friendly), roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli, red onion, brown rice and a sprinkle of feta cheese. Nutrition Note: Check out the vegetable color palate on this plate; red onions, orange sweet potatoes, and green broccoli. More color = more cell protective antioxidants.
