You could just eat yogurt, berries and granola in a bowl but why not take a few extra minutes and layer those same ingredients in a glass jar. Boring bowl transformed into pretty parfait. Parfaits turn simple ingredients into a special occasion. My family still feels the need to ask me if it’s okay to eat one when they see one in the fridge (they must assume I’m making it for guests). You can layer practically anything but I typically use low-fat plain yogurt, berries, almonds or walnuts and homemade granola (from my granola post). I had some leftover crushed pineapple so I added that as well. No recipe or measuring necessary.
