Nothing is more refreshing than a wedge of juicy watermelon on a hot summer day but for a fun, little twist, add some yogurt and fruit and call it pizza. Kids will love making these treats and with pizza in the name, I’m sure they will love eating them too.
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 large round slices watermelon (about 1 inch thick)
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Spread 1/2 cup yogurt over each slice of watermelon. Top with strawberries, blueberries, and mint. Cut each slice into 8 wedges.
