Autumn equals pumpkin and in my family that means pumpkin pie, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin oatmeal and pumpkin bread pudding. If I can add pumpkin to a recipe, it’s on the menu. When my kids were little (and big), it was not unheard of for pumpkin pie to show up on the breakfast table (of course it’s my healthier version of pumpkin pie).
