The familiar flavors of chicken Caesar salad but on a sheet pan for an all-in-one easy, weeknight dinner. And to make it even faster to assemble, you’ll be using frozen green beans so no need to wash and trim the fresh beans.






Chicken Caesar Tray Bake
I don’t think my pictures of this dish are doing it justice but it is SO DELICIOUS so don’t skip it! P It’s easy, only one pan to clean and has all the flavors of a Caesar salad but as a dinner entree.
Ingredients
16 ounce frozen green beans, preferably French or petite beans
1 pounds chicken breast, cut into thin slices
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain, fat free Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Roasted walnuts or almonds, chopped
Lemon wedges
Directions
- Set oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the frozen green beans on the baking sheet. Place the thinly sliced chicken on top of the beans. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked.
- While the chicken and green beans are baking, mix Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, yogurt and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and drizzle the sauce over the chicken and green beans, Top with chopped nuts and serve with lemon wedges.
