This chia pudding is thick, creamy and chocolatey, and the chia seeds give it a pleasant, nutty flavor and texture. It can be made with any type of milk, low-fat dairy or plant-based and the sweetness comes from dates so there’s no added sugar. Definitely top it with assorted berries for a fresh, fruity flair! Enjoy this as dessert, mid-day snack or even for breakfast. Adapted from May I Have That Recipe.
